Tyler Tieran |PF| *He was fed the hell up and sick of this shit. True to form, the necromancer had pounded the bases. Weather shifted continuously. Rock and mud slides were common. The researchers could hardly get any damn work done. If the weather fucking up wasn't enough, every time they left the safety of the base, they were attacked by... something. Aryk had gone with one of the teams today in order to stay back and see what the actual fuck was happening.*
Tyler Tieran |PF| *His job was to maintain the perimeter and secure the base. Chilly as it was, his body maintained a higher resting temperature, so lugging lumber and shit around ended up with him taking shirt and jacket off, happy to work in peace. He'd sent too-talky blondie off to find some goddamned coffee that didn't taste like well-seasoned ass so she'd leave him the hell alone.*
Tyler Tieran |PF| *They'd had building materials left in piles damn near everywhere. He'd gone through and picked out the ones that were bent or warped and wouldn't work for building the small bases they used so it wouldn't be missed, and had begun making a perimeter fence out of plywood and 2x4s. It wasn't much, but it'd help keep mud and rocks outta their way and away from the shelters they'd built up.*
Tyler Tieran |PF| *Sensing movement, he turned, hammer in hand as he shielded his face against the bright sunlight to spot Aryk. The researchers looked like they'd been through hell. Scratches and cuts marred their visible skin. The women's hair was snarled, men shaken. Raising a brow, he gave Aryk a nod. They'd discuss it in private. Right now, he'd keep on the perimeter fences in the spots where there were likely chances of issues. The researchers would be heading for what was beginning to be a daily trip to the first aid shack.*
